This article comprehensively summarized up what have been discussed,decided and presented in the 14^(th) FAO/WHO JMPS meeting and 59 th CIPAC annual meeting.In addition,combined with the status of the proposals conducted by Chinese company,several suggestions were put forward for the reference of governmental agency and the industry.
