摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水为流动相,使用ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在294nm波长下对试样进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为1.0000,标准偏差为0.088,变异系数为0.29%,平均回收率为100.21%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of Cyenopyrafen SC by HPLC with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase,ZORBAX SB-C_(18) column and DAD at 294 nm wavelength was described.The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0,the standard deviation was 0.088,the variation coefficient was 0.29%,the average recovery was 100.21%.
