摘要
对比了乙酸乙酯法及三氟乙酸乙酯法合成吡蚜酮的合成工艺。总结了吡蚜酮中间体噁二唑酮的4种合成路线,重点对光气法和固体光气法合成噁二唑酮进行了比较。
Two methods of synthesizing pymetrozine from ethyl acetate or ethyl trifluoroacetate have been compared with each other. Four synthetic routes of its intermediate oxadiazolone were also summarized. Mainly focus on the comparing with the two synthetic routes by using phosgene and bis(trichloromethyl) carbonate.
