解淀粉芽孢杆菌GB1水悬浮剂的制备方法

The Simple Preparation Method of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens GB1 Aqueous Suspension

以GB1菌浆为原材料,通过添加润湿分散剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、紫外保护剂等助剂,按照一定比例混合,并均质乳化,即制得解淀粉芽孢杆菌GB1水悬浮剂。确定最佳配方:在GB1菌浆(1×1010CFU/m L)中加入1.50%农乳602#、1.50%农乳34#、1.50%OP-10、0.10%黄原胶、0.2%尿素、0.06%对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、0.20%正辛醇。所制得的解淀粉芽孢杆菌GB1水悬浮剂具有良好的物化稳定性,且无霉变现象。

Fermentation broth of GB1 as raw material was added wetting and dispersing agent,thickener, antiseptic substance, UV-protector, etc. Bacillus amyloliquefaciens GB1 aqueous suspension is concocted by the well-proportioned blending of the above materials in appropriate proportions. The optimum formulation: 1.50% Nongru 602#, 1.50% Nongru 34#, 1.50% OP-10, 0.10% xanthan gum, 0.2%urea and 0.06% methylparaben are added to fermentation broth( 1 ×1010CFU/m L) of GB1. Aqueous suspension of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens GB1 was stabled and anti-mildew.
