摘要
吡丙醚对映异构体在手性色谱柱Chiralpak AS-H上成功地获得了拆分。考察了流动相中醇类改性剂种类和浓度对分离的影响,优化了色谱分离条件。结果显示,正已烷流动相中异丙醇的浓度为10%(V/V)时,吡丙醚达到了很好的分离。同时研究了流动相的流速和色谱柱温度对手性分离的影响。结果表明,色谱柱温对分离有较大的影响,随着温度的升高,分离度增加。
Chiral separation of Pyriproxyfen was performed by high performance liquid chromatography with the Chiralpak AS-H as the chiral column. The chromatographic conditions were optimized by studying the influence of the mobile phase composition including the concentration of the isopropanol modifier in hexane on chiral separation. The data indicated that Pyriproxyfen was best separated by 10%(V/V) isopropanol as the mobile phase. The effect of flow rate and column temperature on chiral separation was investigated. and it was found that higher column temperatures resulted in better separation of Pyriproxyfen.
