摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+磷酸溶液为流动相,使用Hypersil ODS2 C185μm为填料的不锈钢柱和紫外波长检测器,检测波长240nm,对螺虫乙酯·联苯肼酯36%乳油进行的定量分析。结果表明,方法的标准偏差分别为0.08、0.07,变异系数为0.33%、0.56%,平均回收率为99.60%、99.82%,线性相关系数为0.999 9、0.999 9。
The essay use HPLC to analysis 36% Spirotetramat Bifenazate EC, use acetonitrile and acetic acid as mobile phase, Hypersil ODS2 C185μm as stainless steel pillar stuffed, UV wavelength detector, and wavelength detect as 240 nm. The result shows this method standard deviation as 0.08、 0.07, coefficient of variation as 0.33% 、 0.56%, average recovery rate as99.60%、 99.82%, linear correlation conefficient as 0.999 9、 0.999 9.
