摘要
为评价高效氯氰菊酯在韭菜中使用的安全性,开展高效氯氰菊酯在韭菜中的残留量及残留降解研究。进行1年4地田间试验。消解动态试验按高效氯氰菊酯450g/ha(20.25g a.i/ha,推荐最高剂量的1.5倍)施药;最终残留试验按高效氯氰菊酯450g/ha(20.25g a.i/ha,推荐最高剂量的1.5倍)和300g/ha(13.5g a.i/ha,推荐最高剂量)施药,施药2~3次,施药间隔5d,施药后7、10、14d采样韭菜样品。气相色谱质谱联用法(NCI源)对高效氯氰菊酯进行定量分析。田间消解动态试验表明:高效氯氰菊酯在韭菜中消解较快,在山东露地和保护地半衰期分别为6.4和9.7d。最终韭菜样品中高效氯氰菊酯的残留量在<0.1~0.858mg/kg。
In order to evaluate the safety of the use of beta-cypermethrin in Chinese chives,a supervised trial experiment was conducted to study the residues and degradation dynamics of beta-cypermethrin in Chinese chives.The trials were conducted at four different sites during one year.For degradation dynamics trials,beta-cypermethrin was sprayed at the concentration of450g/ha(20.25 g a.i/ha,1.5 times recommended concentrations).For final residue trials,betacypermethrin was applied 2~3 times with the spraying interval 5d at 450g/ha(20.25 g a.i/ha)and 300g/ha(13.5g a.i/ha),respectively,corresponding to 1.5 times recommended concentrations and recommended concentrations.Chinese chives were sampled on 7,10 and 14 d after application.Beta-cypermethrin was analyzed by GC-MS-NCI.The results of the degradation dynamics study showed that the half-life values(t_(1/2)) were 6.4 d and 9.7d in Shandong open field and greenhouse,respectively.The ultimate residues of beta-cypermethrin in Chinese chives were at the range of less than 0.1~0.858mg/kg.
