超高效液相色谱串联质谱法检测辣椒及土壤中啶氧菌酯的残留 被引量:6

Determination of Picoxystrobin Residue in Pepperand Soil by UPLC-MS/MS

摘要 建立了超高效液相色谱串联质谱法检测辣椒及土壤中啶氧菌酯的残留分析方法。样品经乙腈提取、净化后,超高效液相色谱串联质谱仪检测,外标法定量。结果表明,在0.005~0.5mg/kg添加水平范围内,啶氧菌酯在辣椒和土壤中平均添加回收率分别为86.8%~95.4%和87.2%~95.4%,相对标准偏差分别为1.3%~6.8%和2.4%~5.7%,最低检出浓度均为0.005mg/kg。该方法快速简便,准确可靠。 The method for determining picoxystrobin residue in pepper and soil was established based on UPLC-MS/MS.The sample was extracted and puiified with acetonitrile and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that the average recoveries of picoxystrobin in pepper and soil were 86.8%~95.4%and 87.2%~95.4%and therelative standard deviations were1.3%~6.8%and 2.4%~5.7%respectively at the concentration range of 0.005~0.5mg/kg respectively.The limit of quantification forpicoxystrobin in pepper and soil was 0.005mg/kg.The method is fast,simple,accurate and reliable.
