摘要
基于农业专业性实验室耗材采购与管理的现状,针对耗材管理意识、管理制度执行力、采购与使用匹配性、存放规范性等方面的问题,提出了提高管理意识、加强制度执行力度、规范采购与管理、减少存放量等措施,以实现耗材采购与管理的科学性与规范性,降低其成本,发挥科研经费的最大效用。
Based on current status of consumables purchasing and management practice of the specialized laboratory in agricultural scientific research institution,this paper analyzed the problems which including low management awareness,poor system complementation,the mismatch between purchasing and usage,and dispersed storage,and then put forward some countermeasures such as reducing storage,enhancing management efficiency,reducing purchase cost for improving the utilization efficiency of scientific research funds.
