推动农业科研单位发展的几点建议——以辽宁省果树科学研究所为例

PROPOSALS ON PROMOTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH INSTITUTES——TAKING LIAONING INSTITUTE OF POMOLOGY AS AN EXAMPLE

农业科研单位是我国农业科研体系的重要组成部分,是农业发展的主要科技支撑力量,随着我国计划经济向社会主义市场经济转轨,原有的那种计划式管理格局已极不适应现阶段农业发展要求,一定程度上制约了农业科研单位自身的生存与发展。文章就辽宁省果树科学研究所在发展过程中存在的一些问题,提出针对性的发展建议,旨在对农业科研单位的科学发展起到借鉴和推动作用。

Agricultural institutes as important parts of Chinese agriculture research system support the development of agriculture.With the transforming from the planned economy to market economy,the former planned management was not suitable to the demand of current development of agriculture,and to some extent,restricted the development of agricultural institutes.This study put forward some suggestions for solving the problems in the development of Liaoning Institute of Pomology,aiming to make important reference and promote the development progress of agricultural scientific institutes.
