摘要
文章分析了农业科研单位财务管理存在的问题,从专项资金管理、国有资产管理和内部控制管理等3个方面提出了加强农业科研单位财务管理的对策措施,促进农业科研单位的可持续健康发展。
This paper analyzed the problems of financial management in the agricultural scientific research institutes,and put forward some countermeasures such as special funds management,state- owned assets management and internal control management for strengthening financial management and promoting the sustainable and healthy development in the agricultural scientific research units.
