摘要
根据啤酒生产工艺和控制要求,设计了基于PAC和iFIX的啤酒生产监控系统。该系统包括糊化锅监控、糖化锅监控、煮沸锅监控、发酵过程监控、过滤及清酒罐温度监控。设计了模糊PID复合温控程序,温度实时监控曲线的显示可以达到较高的精度。
Based on beer production technology and its control demand,monitoring system for beer production based on PAC and iFIX is designed. The system includes monitoring of mash boiler、monitoring of saccharifying boiler、monitoring of wort kettle、monitoring of fermentation process、monitoring of filtering and bright beer tank. Fuzzy PID composite control program for temperature is designed. The practical temperature figures show that temperature reaches high accuracy.
