摘要
在消防过程中经常出现因水泵内水压突变而产生的水锤现象,造成管道、消防水带等消防设备的损坏,直接影响火场救援工作和造成消防人员人身伤害。针对此问题,设计了一种全自动压力平衡控制系统,利用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)和文本显示器实现了对水泵出水压力的恒压控制与数据的实时监控、修改。运用于实际消防中不仅有助于提高现场灭火效率、缩短灭火时间、实现消防车的智能化操作,而且对保障消防人员安全和人民生命财产安全具有重要的现实意义。
The water hammer phenomenon because of water pump pressure change may damage pipes,fire hoses and other fire equipment,and also directly impact fire rescue and firefighters injury problems. Designing a kind of automatic pressure balance control system,using a programmable logic controller( PLC) and the text display can achieve a constant pressure on the pump discharge pressure control and real-time data monitoring、modification. The system is applied to the actual fire fighting,it owns important practical significance to improve the efficiency of the scene,shorten extinguishing time,realize intelligent fire operations,and protect firefighters safety,security of people's lives and property safety.
