摘要
设计了一种基于低温共烧陶瓷的三层基片集成波导双频带通滤波器,并通过全波仿真软件Ansoft HFSS对其建立模型仿真。该滤波器具有频率选择性好、体积小、集成度高和易于加工等优点,具有较好的实际工程应用价值。
This paper proposes a three-layer substrate integrated waveguide( SIW) dual-band filter in a multilayer low temperature cofired ceramic( LTCC) structure,and it is simulated by using fullwave electromagnetic simulator( HFSS). It has advantages of higher frequency selective,higher integration,ease of processing with very powerful practical application value.
