理想内压管道弯头受拉伸应力分析

摘要 对理想90°弯头进行有限元建模,并通过有限元软件Ansys对不同管径、内压、拉力水平工况下的90°弯头的应力进行分析,对比分析结果,得到理想内压弯头在拉伸状态下的应力特点。 In this paper,the finite element model for ideal 90° elbows were created,and the stress distributions were analyzed under the various of diameters inner pressures and pulling forces by the Ansys. Finally comparing the results of the stress distribution,and pointing out the pulling forces' effectives on the stress distribution.
