摘要
英雄滩油田地质构造复杂,造斜点较浅,斜井段长,钻井液施工难度大。通过优选聚合醇润滑防塌钻井液体系,配合相应的现场维护处理工艺,取得了良好的现场应用效果,解决了大位移井钻井过程中易出现的井壁稳定、井眼净化及润滑防卡难题,达到了优质、安全、快速钻井的目的。
The geology structure was complex in Yingxiongtan block. The construction difficulty was great because of shallow kick off point and long slant barefoot interval. Good application effect was gained by means of optimizing polyol anti-caving drilling fluid and taking the technics of wellsite maintenance and handling. The difficulty of borehole stability,hole cleaning and lubrication to anti-sticking was solved. The goal of drilling with high quality,safety and high speed was achieved.
