传统文化视角下当代行政管理的冲突与回归

摘要 在我国传统文化的体系中蕴含着丰富的管理思想,这些思想除了深刻地作用于我国经济社会的发展历程中,还涉及人类社会发展的各个方面,并与当代行政管理有着密切的关联。因此,在文化视角下,将我国传统的行政管理思维与当代行政管理的实践结合在一起,构建具有高效、和谐特征的行政管理机制,具有十分重要的现实意义。本文以此为基础,首先阐述了传统行政文化的内容与特征,然后分析和讨论了传统行政文化视角下当代行政管理的冲突与回归问题,旨在通过本文的工作,为时下行政管理效率和效果的优化提供一定的可供借鉴的信息。 China's traditional culture system contains abundant management thoughts,these ideas profoundly affect on the economy and society in China,but also all aspects of the development of human society,and are closely related with the contemporary administrative management. Therefore,in the cultural perspective,the practice of administrative management thought China's traditional and contemporary administrative management together,constructing with high efficiency,harmonious characteristics of the administrative management system,has a very important practical significance. This paper,firstly expounds the content and characteristics of traditional administrative culture,then analyzes and discusses the conflict and regression problems of contemporary administrative management from the perspective of traditional administrative culture,this paper aims to work,to provide some reference information optimization is the administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
