一种小型抗金属UHF标签天线的研究与设计 被引量:1

摘要 为了满足实际的应用需求设计了一款小型化FR4板材的UHF频段RFID标签天线。天线的构形采用了加载变形的开口谐振环(SRR)的T形匹配结构,实现标签天线的小型化,并且根据实际要求将尺寸控制为48 mm×18 mm。利用HFSS天线仿真软件对所设计的天线进行仿真分析,结果表明该标签天线的回波损耗值及方向性均良好,说明其与特定的标签芯片之间有良好的阻抗匹配特性并且具有良好的辐射特性。天线的结构以及厚度还有其良好的工作特性说明其可以很好地满足抗金属场景的实际生产和应用的具体要求。 In order to meet the demand of practical applications,a compact FR4 material of UHF band RFID tag antenna was proposed and designed. The configuration of antenna utilizes the load deformation of split-ring resonator( SRR) T-shaped matching structure,which realizes miniaturization of the tag antenna,and according to actual requirements controlling antenna size for 48 mm * 18 mm2.We have used HFSS antenna simulation software to design the antenna and carry on the analysis of the results of simulation which indicate that the return loss value and direction of the tag antenna are good,show it with specific labels has good impedance characteristic matching with chip and antenna has good radiation characteristics,the structure and thickness of the antenna and its good work characteristics reveals that it is a good way to meet resistance to metal scene in the actual production and application of specific requirements.
