摘要
城市化对城市水涝灾害带来了影响。解决南阳市城市水涝问题必须从系统工程理念出发,从暴雨集中、排水不畅、下垫面变化、设计标准低等方面分析其形成机理,采取合理的雨水规划、蓄排兼顾、低影响发展设计策略、调整排水设计参数、建立灵活雨水利用机制等综合对策。
Urbanization has an impact on the disaster of urban waterlogging. Solving the problem of the waterlogging in Nanyang must follow the concepts of systems engineering,analyze the mechanism from aspects of concentrated storm,poor drainage,changes of underlying surface and low design standards,and use comprehensive method such as rational planning of rainwater,considering storing and draining water at the same time,the tactics of development with low impact,adjusting the designing parameters of drainage,establishing a flexible mechanism of utilizing rainwater.
