摘要
本文以三星快速干道为依托工程,提出了在AC-20沥青中面层配合比中掺配聚酯纤维以提高面层的各项指标。通过大量室内试验来比选沥青中面层最佳的目标配合比及生产配合比,并通过现场试验进一步验证了配比方案的可行性。最终确定油石比为4.5%沥青中面层掺配聚酯纤维的配合比方案为最优方案,可用来指导大规模现场施工,以提高沥青面层的使用性能。
Based on Samsung fast roads project,this paper presented the indicators that the AC-20 asphalt surface layer with the blending ratio of the surface layer of polyester fiber. By a large number of laboratory tests,we chose the suitable asphalt mix and produce optimum mixture ratio and validated the feasibility of matching programs through field experiments for the further. In the last we aggregated 4. 5% of asphalt blending ratio of polyester fiber with solutions for the optimal solution,which can be used to guide the massive construction site,in order to improve the performance of the asphalt surface layer.
