中药联合温针灸治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎疗效回顾性分析

RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS OF TREATMENT EFFECT IN TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE COMBINED WITH WARM ACUPUNCTURE OF TRAUMATIC SYNOVITIS KNEE JOINT

目的:探讨活血祛湿中药联合温针灸治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的治疗效果。方法:将膝关节创伤性滑膜炎患64例,按就诊先后顺序随机分为中药组(对照组)与中药联合温针灸组(治疗组),每组32例,对照组给予单纯中药治疗,治疗组在中药组的基础上联合温针灸治疗,采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)及Lysholm膝关节评分量表(LKSS)评估患者治疗后改善情况。结果:3个疗程后,对照组的总治愈率为78.12%,而治疗组的总治愈率为93.75%,有显著差异(P<0.05);VAS、LKSS量表评分,有显著差异(P<0.05);对疼痛、肿胀、跛行的症状改善效果治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血祛湿中药联合温针灸治疗膝关节滑膜炎治疗效果更好,提高了患者的总有效率,与单纯中药治疗相比,对其疼痛、肿胀、跛行的改善作用更加显著。

Objective:To study treatment effect in blood dampness medicine combined with warm acupuncture of traumatic synovitis knee joint effect. Methods:64 cases of traumatic synovitis of knee joint patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine( control group) and Chinese medicine combined with warm acupuncture ( treatment group) , 32 cases in each group, the control group was trea-ted with simple Chinese medicine,the treatment group was treated with warm acupuncture moxibustion on the basis of the Chinese medi-cine group,the visual analog scale ( VAS) and Lysholm knee score scale ( LKSS) were used to evaluate the improvement of patients af-ter treatment. Results:After 3 Course of treatment, the total cure rate of the control group was 78. 12%, while in treatment group, the cure rate was 93. 75%, there were significant difference (P<0. 05); the scores of VAS and LKSS were significantly different (P<0. 05);symptoms of Pain, swelling, limping was obviously better than that of the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine for activating blood circulation and eliminating dampness combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion of knee joint synovitis in the treatment effect better, and improve the patients with total efficiency, compared with the traditional Chinese medi-cine treatment, improve the effect of pain, swelling, limping more significant.
