民营企业虚拟经营中的知识共享风险探析——以泉州市为例

ANALYSIS OF THE RISK OF KNOWLEDGE SHARING IN VIRTUAL OPERATION OF PRIVATE ENTERPRISES——AS AN EXAMPLE OF QUANZHOU

泉州是福建省民营经济的排头兵。新的市场环境下,人才、技术等诸多因素制约着泉州民营企业的发展,企业需借助虚拟经营的组织形式,共享、整合各企业的优势资源尤其是知识来获得长远发展。本文分析了泉州民营企业虚拟经营中存在的知识共享风险及其对策。

Quanzhou is the vanguard of the private economy in Fujian Province. Under the new market environment,talent,technology and many other factors restrict the development of private enterprises in Quanzhou. Enterprises need virtual organization to share and integration of all enterprise resources especially knowledge to obtain long-term development. This paper analyzes the risk of knowledge sharing in virtual management of private enterprises in Quanzhou,and puts forward the risk countermeasures of knowledge sharing.
