摘要
本文从曹魏时期的政治、经济、军事三个方面的制度创新着手,分别对屯田制、"唯才是举"的用人制度、世兵制进行了探讨,分析了这些制度产生的历史背景,其在不同时期发挥的作用和利弊,以及为何这些制度在壮大曹魏的势力后,最终会成为曹魏覆灭的推动力。
In this article,three system innovations in Cao Wei time were discussed to seek why Cao Wei dynasty went to overthrow.These system innovations were tuntian system in economic,meritocracy in politics,and system of hereditary conscription in military.The background of these system innovations were analyzed. And their advantages and disadvantages during different time were discussed to explain why these three system strengthened Cao Wei dynasty firstly and leaded it to perish.
