摘要 打标是激光设备的基本应用之一。以台达公司PLC为核心设计了激光打标机工件传送系统,对工件的传送和检测进行控制。硬件方面,结合线性模组、彩色触摸屏、伺服驱动器和伺服电机,用光电开关检测工件。采用24 V和5 V继电器实现了打标机控制板卡和PLC之间的开关信号通讯。结果表明,该打标机能实现自动打标和自动传送工件,并且具有较好的人机交互界面。 Marking is one of the basic applications of laser equipment. The paper introduces the design of work-piece conveying system for laser marking machine with PLC as the core,to control the conveying and detection. The linear platform,servo driver and servo motor,color touch screen are combined,and photoelectric switch is used to detect work-piece. The 24 V and 5 V relay are used to achieve the communication between PLC and marking machine. The results show that the system runs automatically with marking and conveying and has friendly human-machine interface.
