摘要
本文基于南阳理工学院2016届毕业生就业意向调查结果,从专业对口、就业地域、薪酬预期、意向工作单位性质等方面对高校毕业生的就业意向进行了梳理与分析,研究并制定了不同就业方向毕业生的就业指导意见和实施方案。
Based on the investigation results of employment intention of the graduates of Nanyang Institute of Technology in 2016,we conducted a classification analysis from the professional counterparts,employment area,salary expectations and properties of company.We research and develop employment guidance and implementation plan of the different employment direction of graduates.
