农村土地治理研究综述——基于国内2008—2017年相关文献梳理

REVIEW OF THE GOVERNANCE ON RURAL LAND——BASED ON RELEVANT DOMESTIC LITERATURE FROM 2008 TO 2017 YEARS

农村土地治理直接关乎中国乡村振兴战略,为了使更多的研究者对当前我国农村土地治理有更深入的了解,本研究通过对中国知网2008-2017年发表的相关期刊研究论文进行文献梳理。文献研究发现,土地流转、农村土地、乡村治理、土地整治、土地制度等关键词处于中央型地位,其余的相关研究都围绕这个中央圈而展开;农村土地流转、土地整理、农村土地制度改革、农村土地综合整治、土地产权等则处于二级生态圈,属于农村土地治理的方式方法研究;农地流转、农村宅基地、城镇化、土地承包经营权、失地农民保障等的研究仍需要向纵深拓展。

Rural land governance is directly related to the strategy of rural revitalization in China.In order to enable more researchers to have an in-depth understanding and exploration of the Chinese current rural land governance research,this study adopts the method of documentary statistics through literature review about the relevant research papers published in journals on 2008—2017 years from CNKI.The literature study found that key words such as land circulation,rural land,rural governance,land consolidation,land system,etc.are in the central status,and the rest of the relevant research is around this central area;rural land circulation,land consolidation,rural land system reform,the comprehensive improvement of rural land and land property rights are in the second-level ecological circle and belong to the methods of rural land governance research;land transfer,rural homestead,urbanization,land contract and management rights,the protection of landless peasants still need to expand in depth.
