高校“两学一做”学习教育常态化制度化的四重合力

高校基层党组织是高校党的建设的基础工程和强大力量支撑,"两学一做"学习教育常态化制度化建设是高校新时代全面深化改革、落实立德树人根本任务的重要保证。推进"两学一做"学习教育常态化制度化,关键是要强化政治建设、强化目标责任、强化工作导向、强化品牌意识,通过四重合力相互促进,推进基层党组织思想建党、纪律强党、制度治党,增强全面从严治党的系统性、创造性、实效性,真正提升高校基层党组织的战斗堡垒地位,发挥党员的先锋模范作用。
