Improving the “Three-Tier System”and Strengthening Party Building Work in Urban Communities

城市社区党建工作是党的基层组织建设的重要组成部分。在新形势下,进一步加强和改进城市社区党建工作,增强城市社区党建工作的实效,可在健全管理体系、健全服务体系、健全保障体系这三个方面下功夫。

The Party building work at urban community levels is an important part of the construction of basic-level organizations of the Communist Party of China( CPC). Under the new situation,in order to further strengthen the Party building work in urban communities and enhance its effectiveness,efforts should be made to construct a threetier system incorporating a sound management system,an efficient service system,as well as a wholesome guarantee system.
