南召县生态敏感性评价与生态功能区划

Evaluation of the Ecological Sensitivity and Regionalization of the Ecological Function in Nanzhao County

在河南省生态功能区划的基础上,以南召县为例进行河南省县域生态功能区划研究,选择土壤侵蚀、酸雨、水环境污染、地质灾害、水资源胁迫、土壤沙化、土地承载力等7个方面,完成对生态环境敏感性进行综合评价,并根据南召县自然地理特征与生态敏感性评价,将南召县划分为南召西部伏牛山生物多样性保护生态功能区、南召低山丘陵区水源涵养与水土保持生态功能区、鸭河口湿地生物多样性保护及水土保持生态功能区3个生态功能区,进而对生态环境保护和生态产业发展提供参考依据及引导作用,为南召生态县建设规划提供了科学依据,对维护生态安全具有重要意义。

Taking the Nanzhao County as a case, the characteristics on ecological sensitivity of ecological function zones were analyzed based on Henan ecological function regionalization. Selection of soil erosion, acid rain, water pollution, geological disaster, water stress, soil desertification, land bearing capacity seven aspects, completing the comprehensive evaluation of the ecological environment sensitivity, and according to the characters of natural geography and ecological sensitivity evaluation in Nazhao County, divided Nazhao County into 3 eco-functional area, such as Funiushan biodiversity protection eco-functional area, low hilly land water conservation and soil conservation eco-functional area and Yahekou wetland biodiversity protection and soil conservation eco-functional area, provides reference and guiding role on the ecological environment protection and ecological industry development, offer scientific basis for the ecological construction in Nanzhao County,and maintain the ecological security of the county.
