SNP分子标记及其在水稻研究中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 SNP作为第3代分子标记,具有高密度、高遗传性、高稳定性、高通量、二态性等特点,是目前被广泛研究和应用的分子标记。本文介绍了SNP在不同研究工作中可采用的不同检测平台,同时探讨了SNP在水稻功能标记、图位克隆、等位基因、物种进化等方面的发现和应用,以期为读者今后的研究提供参考。
