Determination of Iprodione Residues in Tobacco by Solid Phase Extraction-High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 [目的]建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定烟叶中异菌脲残留量的方法。[方法]样品用乙腈提取,固相萃取净化,甲醇-水(70∶30,体积比)为流动相,经C18液相色谱柱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,检测波长208 nm。[结果]异菌脲在质量浓度为0.25~10.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.9994),检出限为0.20 mg/kg,在2.50、6.25、12.50 mg/kg添加水平下的加标回收率为86.40%~109.60%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.87%~7.54%。[结论]该方法适用于烟叶中异菌脲残留量的检测。 [Aims]A method for the determination of iprodione residues in tobacco by solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography(SPE-HPLC)was developed.[Methods]The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,purified by solid phase extraction(SPE),then separated on a C18 chromatographic column with the mixture of methanol and water(70∶30,by vol)as the mobile phase and detected by photo-diode array(PDA)at 208 nm.[Results]The iprodione has fine linear relationships in the range of 0.25-10.0 mg/L(R2=0.9994),and the limit of detection for tobacco leaves was 0.20 mg/kg.The recoveries were 86.40-109.60%,with the relative standard deviations of 2.87-7.54%at the three different spiked levels of 2.50,6.25 and 12.50 mg/kg.[Conclusions]The method can be applied to the determination of iprodione residues in tobacco leave.
