Insecticidal Activity of Novel Compound SYP-549

摘要 [目的]具有新结构、新作用机制的化学药剂的开发,仍然是目前新农药研发的热点之一,SYP-549是沈阳中化农药化工研发有限公司开发的新化合物,为探索新化合物SYP-549的生物活性,对其进行了全面研究。[方法]主要采用喷雾法测定了新化合物SYP-549对不同靶标的室内生物活性和田间药效。[结果]室内试验结果表明:新化合物SYP-549对朱砂叶螨成螨、螨卵均有较高的活性,LC50、EC50值分别为1.6506、3.7789 mg/L。另外还发现新化合物SYP-549对西花蓟马、棉蚜也具有较高的活性,LC50值分别为1.1098、5.9889 mg/L。田间试验结果表明:新化合物SYP-549对柑橘全爪螨具有较好的防效,药后20 d,在25、50、100 mg/L质量浓度下,对柑橘全爪螨的防效分别为达69.45%、94.68%和97.17%。[结论]新化合物SYP-549对害螨的不同发育阶段均具有较高的活性,并在田间对害螨具有一定防治效果。 [Aims]The research for novel structure chemicals with novel mode of action is still one of hotspots in the development of new pesticides.SYP-549 was one of the novel compounds synthesized by Shenyang Sinochem Agrochemicals R&D Co.,Ltd..In order to explore the biological activity of novel compound SYP-549,the activity of SYP-549 were tested in this paper.[Methods]The spraying methods were adopted to test the biological activity and control efficacy of SYP-549.[Results]Lab test results indicated that novel compound SYP-549 had higher biological activity against adult spider mite and mite eggs,LC50/EC50 were 1.6506 and 3.7789 mg/L,respectively.Additionally,this compound had biological activity against thrips and cotton aphids,too.The LC50 were 1.1098 and 5.9889 mg/L,respectively.The field trial results showed that novel compound SYP-549 had good control efficacy against citrus red mite.The control efficacy were 69.45,94.68,97.17%,at concentrations of 25,50,100 mg/L respectively.[Conclusions]SYP-549 had excellent biological activity against different stage spider mite,moreover,it has excellent control efficacy against citrus red mite.
