摘要
[目的]明确10%溴氰虫酰胺OD对枸杞蚜虫的毒力和防效。[方法]采用浸虫法进行室内毒力测定,在田间进行小区药效试验。[结果] 10%溴氰虫酰胺OD对枸杞蚜虫的LC50值为48.9285 mg/L。田间防效在药后7 d内持续上升,在第1天均表现出较好的速效性;至第7天,50.0 mg/L处理防效达96.74%,与对照药剂5%吡虫啉EC相当;66.7 mg/L处理防效达98.26%,100.0 mg/L处理防效达99.91%,且均显著高于对照防效。[结论] 10%溴氰虫酰胺OD是防治枸杞蚜虫的理想药剂,生产中建议使用剂量50.0~100.0 mg/L为宜。
[Aims]This study aims to explore the toxicity and control effect of cyantraniliprole 10%OD against Chinese wolfberry aphids.[Methods]The toxicity test was assayed by dipping methods,and the field efficacy trials were carried out by using experimental spot.[Results]The toxicity test results showed that the LC50 of cyantraniliprole 10%OD against Chinese wolfberry aphids was 42.8382 mg/L.The field efficacy trials showed that the effect continued to rise along with the control time went by,all the treatments of cyantraniliprole 10%OD showed good quick effect after 1 d,At 7 d after treatment,the control activity of cyantraniliprole 10%OD was 96.74%at the concentration of 50.0 mg/L,which indicated that it had the same effect as control insecticides imidacloprid 5%EC,the control activity of cyantraniliprole 10%OD was 98.26%at the concentration of 66.7 mg/L,the control activity of cyantraniliprole 10%OD was 99.91%at the concentration of 100.0 mg/L,which indicated that it had the better effect than control insecticides.[Conclusions]Cyantraniliprole 10%OD is an ideal insecticide to control Chinese wolfberry aphids.50.0-100.0 mg/L of cyantraniliprole 10%OD was recommended.
