尿嘧啶合成工艺述评

Review on the Synthesis Technology of Uracil

摘要 对尿嘧啶的合成研究进展进行综述,并分析各条路线的特点,重点阐述以乙酸乙酯和甲酸乙酯为原料一锅法的先进性。 The purpose of this review was to summarize the synthetic methods for uracil,analysis the characteristics of different routes and emphasize the advantages of one pot process using ethyl acetate and ethyl formate as raw materials.
