摘要
现代刑法的价值在于安全和正义 ,安全价值是刑法属性的外在表现 ,是刑法的现实价值 ,而正义价值是刑法属性对主体需要的回应 。
The value of the modern criminal law is safety and justice. The safety value is the apparent expression of the criminal law, and its current value, while the justice value is the response of the criminal law to the subject, and the ideal value of the criminal law.
