This article analyzes some restricted factors influencing the training college into the undergraduate university, puts forward some thoughts to solve the funds by way of share and bond and BOT, in the meantime, expounds the college would innovate the school-running, relocate the students training according to the trend of personnel market, adjust the structure of faculties and renew the teaching contents and methods.
