新时期高校图书馆采访工作面临的问题与对策

In the New Period the Issue Confronting the College Library's Interview and its Countermeasure

采访工作是图书馆业务的基础工作 ,也是学校教学科研工作的重要组成部分。在新时期完善和提高采访工作质量 ,首先要搞好读者需求的调研工作 ,了解学院学科发展和专业建设情况 ,摸清本馆的文献资源布局 ;其次 ,成立“专家荐书委员会” ,建立“学科采访馆员制” ;最后 ,要拓宽文献采购来源 。

Interview is the basic work in the library and also an important part of the teaching and scientific research in the school. In the new period, firstly, to improve the interview quality needs the investigation of reader's requirements, being aware of the course development and faculty construction and knowing the library's document resources. Secondly it needs founding “ the Experts Recommendation Commission' and “the Course Interview librarian System'. Lastly, it needs widening the document purchase resources and the buying on the internet.
