豨莶草的化学成分研究

Chemical Components of Siegesbeckia Orientalis Linn

以河南新县产的莶草 (siegesbeckiaorientalislinn)为原料 ,经乙醇浸泡、提取 ,用硅胶进行柱层析 ,分离得 4个化合物 (A ,B ,C ,D) .根据理化性质及红外光谱、核磁共振波谱、质谱数据分析 ,鉴定化合物A为奇任醇 ,化合物B由于量太少 ,未做结构鉴定 ,化合物C为 β 谷甾醇 。

From siegesbeckia orientalis linn of Xinxian,Henan Province, four compounds are isolated from ethanol extract using column chromatography.The structures are elucidated on the basis of physical properties and spectroscopic methods.Compound B couldn't be given structure .Compounds A, C and D are elucidated as kirenol, β-sitosterol and potassium chloride respectively.
