沙角C电厂2100t/h锅炉吹灰程序优化分析

摘要 长期以来,沙角C电厂锅炉吹灰器的投停都以固定不变的成组方式进行,吹灰模式存在很多问题,严重影响了机组的效率和安全运行,为此提出了吹灰程序的优化试验:对锅炉吹灰器重新分组,结合锅炉运行参数的变化,不断地调整吹灰模式,针对锅炉结焦积灰情况,制定出适应每台锅炉的针对性吹灰程序,选择性地对锅炉受热面进行吹灰,这样,一方面,继续有效地抑制锅炉结焦,另一方面大大提高了机组效率,保证了锅炉的安全经济运行。 The actuation and halt of boiler soot blowers in Shajiao C Power Plant had been conducted in constant group for a long time,which caused many problems and seriously impacted the efficiency and safety of the units. Therefore,the optimizing test on the sootblowing program is presented,which regroups the soot blowers,and based on the boiler parameter variations and the slagging,ashing degree,continually regulates sootblowing program to find the best for each boiler and to make selective sootblowing on boiler heating surface. The optimization not only effectively restrains slagging but also greatly improves the efficiency of the units. 
