Using data-base management system for breaker condition maintenance

以广东省广电集团有限公司深圳供电分公司变电修试部近年来推行状态检修的工作经验为基础,从状态检修管理体制、人员素质和状态判断方法等方面阐述了变电设备实施状态检修的优势和主要任务。分析了深圳供电分公司变电修试部所使用的变电生产管理系统的结构、功能和进行状态判断的方法,并通过两个断路器状态检修的实例,说明在变电设备状态检修中变电生产管理系统的使用方法。

Based on the experience of condition maintenance (CM) by Substation Maintenance & Testing Dept. of Shenzhen Power Supply Branch in recent years,the advantages and major tasks of CM for substation equipments are expounded in terms of CM management system,personnel quality and condition judgment means. The structure,function and condition judgment method of the substation management system used by the department are analyzed,and CM for substation equipment by use of the system illustrated with two breaker cases.
