摘要
原沙角A电厂4号、5号机组粉煤灰的处理为湿式排放处理,由于其储灰场容积已接近设计年限,从经济和环保的角度出发,需要进行改造。经研究,粉煤灰处理由湿式排放处理改为干灰处理,干灰输送系统选用了正压密相仓式气力输送系统。这种技术首次用于广东省内的电厂中。鉴此,介绍了气力输送系统原理、配置、改造中的技术难点和解决方法。改造后,该系统达到设计出力,运行情况良好。
Since the ash pond volume of Units 4 and 5 in Shajiao A Power Plant approaches designed period,it is necessary to convert the original wet ash exhausting mode to dry ash handling in view of economics and environmental protection. The pressurized seal pneumatic conveying system is selected in the transformation,which is initially used in a power plant in Guangdong. The principle,disposition,technical difficulties in the transformation as well as their solutions are described. Satisfactory results are obtained after the transformation.
