摘要
广州发电厂1号汽轮机在一次甩负荷试验中发现该机组甩全负荷动态特性不合格,转速飞升过高。主要原因是电超速保护系统的设计存有缺陷,高压油动机动作延迟。针对这种情况,进行了相应的改造,在高压油动机两侧机底各加装两个电磁阀,加快了甩负荷过程中汽门的关闭。改造后,经过多年的考验,运行稳定可靠。这种方法可应用于同类型机组中。
Unit 1 steam turbine in Guangzhou Power Plant did not pass the fullload rejection test,the wheeling speed raised too much higher. The accident was mainly due to the defect in the design of electric overspeed protection,the response of HP oilpower machinery deferred much longer. Consequently,the according retrofit was carried out and two electromagnetic valves were added on every side of the HP oilpower machinery to accelerate valve closing during load rejection. Satisfactory operation results were obtained after the retrofit. This way can be used in the same type steam turbine.
