摘要
LW6 220型断路器配一个集中的CY型液压操作机构,通过高压管路将操作压力从液压操作机构传递到每相开关的工作缸处,实现每相断路器的分、合闸操作。由于高压油管路径长、接头多,额定油压力高,高压油管崩脱、接头渗油现象十分普遍,影响断路器的正常运行。针对LW6 220型断路器存在的缺陷,提出了改造的内容和方法。由于LW6B 252型断路器的支柱、灭弧室部分与LW6 220型断路器相同,改造成LW6B 252型断路器是可行的,关键是要处理好支柱瓷套法兰连接和垂直拉杆长短问题。通过实际的改造和运行后,断路器的额定操作油压大大降低,性能未有改变,彻底消除渗油现象,效果十分良好。
LW6220 circuit breaker is equipped with a concentrated CY type hydraulic control mechanism,from which operating pressure is transmitted through HP piping to work cylinder of each phase to enable circuit breaker switching on the phase. The HP oil pipes,with great length,a large number of joints and high rated oil pressure,often break off and experience oil leakage at joints,which impacts the normal running of the circuit breaker. Therefore,a solution of reconstructing LW6220 circuit breaker into LW6B252 type is presented. The plan is feasible owing to the commonness of the two types in the pillar and the arc extinguishing chamber;the key points shall be the flanged joint of the pillar porcelain bushing and the length of the vertical pullrod. Good results are achieved after the reconstruction,the rated operating oil pressure of the circuit breaker greatly descended,oil leakages completely eliminated and reliability improved.
