摘要
中国加入WTO ,对建筑市场的制度建设提出了更高要求 ,从产权制度、信用制度和市场分工三个方面探讨我国建筑市场的改革趋势 。
With the China'entrance of WTO , the more requirements have been put forwards in systems establishment of construction market ,this article probes into the reform trend of our construction market in terms of property right system ,credit system and market division,in order to promote the development of construction market.
