摘要 基于Richardson外推技术结合有限元法快速计算均匀平面波入射到一个金属衬底的非均匀介质片上的反射系数 .首先把分析区域剖分为 2组 ,分别采用有限元法求解标量亥姆霍兹方程 ,得到平面入射波在某一给定角度照射下的场量 ,然后通过外推技术获得金属衬底非均匀介质片在这一给定角度入射波照射下的场量 ,并由此确定反射系数 .计算结果表明Richardson外推技术结合有限元法能提高计算精度 。 The Richardson extrapolation technique in conjunction with the finite element method (FEM) is applied to calculate the reflectance of a dielectric patch with metal underlay for plane waves. With two groups of sparse mesh, the Helmholtz equation is solved using FEM in order to obtain the corresponding fields of the dielectric patch with metal underlay for plane waves. Then the extrapolation-fields can be achieved by using Richardson extrapolation technique. The extrapolation-field is in turn used to calculate the reflectance. It was observed that RET/FEM could approach to the analytical solution and decrease the CPU time.
