乳铁蛋白 (LF)是一种天然的铁结合蛋白。乳铁蛋白肽 (Lfcin)是从LF上被胃蛋白酶水解下来的 2 5个氨基酸残基的小肽。本文综述了LF和Lfcin的结构。
Lactoferrin (LF) is a sort of iron bind protein.Bovine lactoferricin(LfcinB)is a 25 residue peptide fragment released from the N terminal domain of bovine LF upon pepsin digestion.Some recent research of LF and LfcinB on molecular structure,antibiotics properties and regulation of gene expression were reviewed.
