摘要
在0、3、6、9、12和15MPa的水压试验条件下,对设计压力为12MPa的球形爆炸容器外表具有代表性的31个测点进行了应变测试。并用三维ANSYS有限元编码对12和15MPa两种工况进行了应力分析,分析结果与测试基本吻合,表明该容器在整个试验压力范围处于线弹性状态,容器的强度设计是合理的。
At 0, 3, 6, 9, 12 and 15 MPa hydrostatic pressures, the strains of 31 representative points on the outer surface of a 12 MPa explosion containment vessel were measured. The static stress analyses of the vessel at 12 and 15 MPa were performed using 3D ANSYS finite element code. The finite element analyses and the experimental results are in good agreement.
