2011年是"十二五"开局之年,各行各业都在规划未来发展计划和蓝图,迎接行业一个新的发展阶段,对于在"十一五"取得快速发展的我国缓控释肥产业来说,无疑也是总结经验、谋划未来发展的关键时期,从科研院所到企业、到推广部门、到国家有关职能部门都纷纷有了新的举措,不谋而合地达成了共识:"十二五"优先发展缓控释肥。近日,记者从在京召开的由全国农业技术推广服务中心、中国化工信息中心、国家缓控释肥工程技术研究中心主办的"第四届国际缓控释肥产业发展高层论坛"以及在山东临沭召开的"国家缓控释肥工程技术研究中心2011年度工程技术委员会会议"上也切实感受到了这一点,同时也感受到各方对"十二五"缓控释肥产业发展充满了信心。"十二五"期间,这一新兴产业又将起航,向更高的目标前行。

In 2011,the first year of twelfth five year plan period,all the industries are making plans for their development and blueprints for this period.During the eleventh five year plan period which is critical for Chinese slow/controlled released fertilizer industry to sum up experience,the industry got developed rapidly.The related scientific research institutions,the governmental functional departments,and enterprises all worked for the industry’s development and achieved the common sense that slow/controlled released fertilizer industry should be prior to get developed.During the twelfth five year plan period,the industry will set sail again for the further destination.
