基于产教融合、课证融通的高职院校人才培养模式探索——以江苏海事职业技术学院国际贸易实务专业为例

Based on the Integration of Production and Education, the Mode of Training Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking the International Trade Practice Specialty of Jiangsu Maritime Institute as an Example

以江苏海事职业技术学院为例,从产教融合、课证融通的人才培养模式内涵出发,提出高职院校经管专业在践行工学结合人才培养模式的过程中所遇到的问题,从开发职业岗位标准、构建专业课程体系、建设符合职业人才培养要求的实训基地等方面提出高职院校实施人才培养模式的改革建议。

Taking Jiangsu Maritime Institute as an example, this paper puts forward the problems encountered during the process of implementing the training mode of higher vocational college, which is based on the combination of production and education, the mode of curriculum integration, and puts forward the reform suggestions on the training mode of talents training in higher vocational colleges.
