高职校企深度融合的困境分析及对策研究

The Analysis of Dilemma and Countermeasure Research on the Deep Integration of Higher Vocational Colleges and Enterprises

高职校企合作经过十几年的发展,已经取得显著成绩,但目前的发展状况,与发达国家相比还有很大差距,存在多方面的不足。通过对目前校企深度融合出现困境的分析,提出了破解困境的四点具体对策。

After more than ten years of development, higher vocational college-enterprise cooperation has achieved remarkable results. But to the current development status compared with developed countries, there is a large gap and many deficiencies in many aspects. The paper analyzes the present dilemma of the deep integration of higher vocational colleges and enterprises, and puts forward four concrete countermeasures to break through the dilemma.
